C. Randy Hammond, CPA, is President and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Medical, P.C., a physician group organization that provides emergency department and emergency care physician services. Hammond has served in that capacity since April, 2000. Previously, Hammond has served as Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Men’s Focus Health Centers, Senior Vice-President of Operations for Diagnostic Division of HealthSouth, Vice-President of Jemison Investment Company where he assisted in the evaluation of investment decisions concerning investments in numerous health healthcare companies and other industry service corporations. He was Senior Vice-President, Southeastern Region, of Roche Biomedical Laboratories and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Medical Laboratory Associates, Inc.

Hammond is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Alabama and Arkansas and has a Master’s of Health Administration degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
